In Buddhism, beginner's mind is a practice that invites returning to curiosity and openness when approaching older, more familiar ideas and activities. Just like beginner's mind, we can bring curiosity and openness to our emotional bodies when we experience older, more familiar feelings and behaviors. And in the same way that we can cultivate beginner's mind, we can cultivate beginner's heart with practice toward a very wide range of benefits. What's a benefit that you can imagine gaining from cultivating beginner's heart? Text reads: "Beginner's heart turns things upside down."]
