We may have all kinds of ways of holding onto hope. Some of our hope may be intellectual and spiritual, speaking prayers and offering gratitudes, or it may be physical and material, crossing fingers and literally holding onto lucky charms. We may express hope in ways that are accepted by mainstream society or scoffed at or ignored. We may ourselves feel silly or stalwart or sagacious in our return to hopefulness. Hope may be a place we call home or a place we stop into for fuel or somewhere that we seldom go because we keep forgetting which way to turn to get there. And in each case, whenever and wherever there is hope we may also notice that we have begun to feel anew. What's one way that you find your way back to hope? Another heart stands nearby and looks at the first heart with a questioning and somewhat doubting expression. Text reads: "Beginner's heart holds onto hope."]
