It can be hard to take breaks from doing in life and orient ourselves to being in life, pausing from our too-long to-do list and attuning to the flow of everything already occurring around and through us. Even when we make space to be and not do we can feel pressure to get back to doing. What have you learned that works for you in balancing both the being in and the doing of life? [image description: Two hearts sit talking to each other. The heart on the left holds its chin in one hand and seems to be listening to the heart on the right who holds its worried forehead in both hands. A clock on the wall comes near the hour. Text reads: "When it takes time to understand and time is limited."]
