Because we may have gotten many lessons about personal boundaries that were harmful or incomplete, just finding our boundaries and understanding that others' boundaries are expressions of care, not rejection, can come with painful growth. Yet, the reward may be discovering new sanctuary within where we can actually rest in our truths — and in the truths of others — being more fully expressed.
