Coming to terms with our lives and caring for universal peace are likely lifelong activities. Unlike learning to swim in water, we may all have to learn to and practice swimming in the soup of the universe our whole lives. Yet, we may be able to take some pointers from those who are adroit at resting in the waves of change, like a duck in water. What helps you nurture yourself through life's squalls and tumult? [image description: A heart stands cradling its own heart with one hand, while both the heart and its heart look upward to a thought the heart is having. The thought bubble is filled with a scene of the heart and its inner heart swimming in water near a duck. The heart in the thought bubble has its own thought bubble with the words, "Like a duck in water." Text reads: "Nurture equanimity."]
