The sounds and noise that we make in life can be timid and quiet and loud and raucous. We make different kinds of sounds and different levels of sound. And we all have to learn how to turn the volume up and down in different contexts and for different reasons, as well as learn how to fine tune the sounds we are making for different purposes. What helps you practice how you modulate your own noises and noise levels? [image description: A large ostrich walks across a field making a bellowing call of "WOOT WOOT WOOOOOOT," while having the anthropomorphic thought, "You must learn to rest in your volume." Below and nearby a heart with a quizzical facial expression looks up at the ostrich. Text reads: "Ostrich Meditation."]
