Change is a constant, and we can keep growing. New voices and new perspectives are important. It's ok to question what we're doing, and it's ok to hold to our values and honor our resilience, old wisdom, and what has been working. Some of what is new to us will be old to others. What we don't yet see may be clearly visible in other spaces. What we have figured out how to do may be a gift or an imposition or neutral elsewhere. In a state of curiosity this week, I found myself in dialogue with Burning Man Project's principles, being playful and open to questioning these ideas. Here are five of the ten (part 1). What reactions and responses do you have? "Radical Inclusion" has been edited to "Racial! Inclusion." "Gifting" has been edited to "Resourcing?" "Decommodification" has been edited to "De-colonizing." "Radical Self-reliance" has been edited to "Radical Interdependence!" "Communal Effort" has been edited to "Collective Care?"]
